Ambient Food Group has worked in collaboration with Metro Trains. Our vision was to maintain and upgrade the Train Platform into a premium Station by establishing a cafe that improves the amenity and ecology of Prahran Station, to drive a positive social change to the area by offering a service that compliments the location.
Mr. Hoddle will enliven a neglected part of Melbourne’s heritage and create a valuable addition for both commuters and locals.
